A Lace-y Day. I find anything with lace very elegant because of their intricate patterns and floral designs. Whether it's on a peplum top, denim cutoff or in a formal gown, it always gives such a timeless look.  This is a dress that I've designed just recently. It has lace, sheer and looks somewhat like a modern twist to our very own Filipinana! Check it out & read more...

It's best to pair up your dresses with the right type of jewelry. Usually nice dangling earrings, a chunky ring and a bangle or a formal watch (optional) are the best to wear!

I was 3 persons in 1: the designer, make-up artist & hairstylist of myself for the night! With all the events happening lately, I was forced to learn how to do these things (but slowly, I'm being passionate and starting to love all these three!) & plus points because it costs less! Haha! :) Just keep your make-up clean and fresh looking to just enhance the natural beauty that you already have and to avoid looking too mature for your age.

Lace details as an accent to my new creation! What do you think about it?

Choose the dress designs that fit well for your body type and
make sure that you're comfortable while wearing it so that you can enjoy your event

A bridal-worthy shot and my favorite among all. Haha! Pair your dress up with matching shoes that'll be comfortable for you because you'll be wearing it the whole night

For the hair, just have it blow dried and curled at the bottom. I personally love it when the curl sets down and just looks wavy because it looks younger and more natural that way

Lastly, smile, be happy, enjoy the night and don't ever be afraid to stike a pose!

At a very young age, I'm happy to say that I am independent and somehow equipped with what I'll need especially when I have to fix myself up and all (because, it really isn't easy!) Girls, trust me, this is something that will definitely be useful in the future. When all else fails, and no one's around to help you glam up, you know what to do! It's never too late to learn how :)
Watch out for more!
xx, Denise
